Job Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Healthcare) is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles within hospital and healthcare settings in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on attracting and hiring qualified healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, allied health staff, and administrative personnel, while ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare licensing and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles including doctors, nurses, technicians, allied health professionals, and hospital support staff
  • Partner with hospital leadership, department heads, and medical directors to understand workforce needs and staffing priorities
  • Source qualified healthcare professionals locally and internationally through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and healthcare networks
  • Conduct detailed screening including qualification verification, clinical experience assessment, and licensing eligibility (DOH, DHA, MOH where applicable)
  • Ensure all candidates meet UAE healthcare regulatory and credentialing requirements
  • Maintain a strong pipeline for high-demand and critical healthcare roles
  • Coordinate interviews with clinical panels and senior hospital stakeholders
  • Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and documentation follow-up
  • Work closely with credentialing, dataflow, and licensing teams to ensure smooth hiring compliance
  • Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS systems
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top healthcare talent in the UAE and internationally
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare institutions, agencies, and medical associations
  • Mentor junior recruiters and support team development when required

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare / hospital recruitment
  • Strong understanding of clinical roles and healthcare staffing structures
  • Experience recruiting for hospitals, medical centers, or healthcare networks in the UAE or GCC preferred
  • Familiarity with UAE healthcare licensing (DOH, DHA, MOH) strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of DataFlow verification and OSCE process is an advantage
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and global job portals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple urgent and critical hiring requirements
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment reporting tools
  • High attention to detail, especially in credential verification and compliance

  • Experience in international healthcare recruitment (Asia, Middle East, Europe, etc.)
  • Strong network within healthcare professionals and recruitment agencies
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring in fast-paced hospital environments
  • Understanding of UAE healthcare workforce regulations and standards
