Experienced

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced DCAS Licensed Paramedic to join our emergency medical services team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pre-hospital emergency medical care, stabilizing patients, and ensuring safe transportation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency medical calls.
Assess patients' conditions and provide appropriate pre-hospital emergency care.
Perform Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) interventions as permitted by the DCAS scope of practice.
Administer medications and medical treatments in accordance with DCAS protocols.
Safely transport patients to designated healthcare facilities while continuously monitoring their condition.
Operate and maintain ambulances and emergency medical equipment.
Accurately complete patient care reports and other required documentation.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, hospitals, and other emergency response agencies.
Ensure compliance with DCAS regulations, company policies, and infection prevention and control standards.
Participate in emergency drills, training sessions, and continuing professional development activities.
Maintain readiness of emergency vehicles, equipment, and medical supplies.

Requirements

Valid DCAS Paramedic License (mandatory).
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Paramedicine or Emergency Medical Services.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) or equivalent recognized provider.
PALS certification is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paramedic, preferably in emergency medical services or pre-hospital care.
Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and perform effectively under pressure.
Physically fit and able to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in industrial sites, oil & gas, events, or remote medical services.
ATLS, ITLS, or PHTLS certification is an advantage.
Experience working in a multicultural environment.
