Responsibilities:
Lead and Supervise the Talent Acquisition Team
Train, mentor, and oversee recruiters to ensure recruitment targets, timelines, and quality standards are met. Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and stakeholder management.Partner with Hiring Managers for Manpower Planning
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, budget allocations, and workforce planning needs. Provide market insights and realistic timelines to ensure efficient staffing solutions.Manage End-to-End Healthcare Recruitment
Handle full-cycle recruitment for healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, allied health, and support staff) from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.Ensure Compliance with DOH PQR and Licensing Regulations
Maintain thorough knowledge of the Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR) set by the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH). Assess candidate eligibility and ensure strict adherence to regulatory and facility standards.Oversee Healthcare Licensing and Credentialing
Supervise document verification, DataFlow processing, exam applications (DOH/DHA/MOH), and follow up on licensing approvals to ensure timely mobilization and compliance.Collaborate with Recruitment Agencies and External Partners
Build and manage partnerships with local and international recruitment agencies, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and ensure quality candidate submissions aligned with organizational standards.Conduct Performance Reviews and Provide Coaching
Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire). Conduct performance appraisals of team members and implement coaching, mentoring, and development plans to enhance team capability and productivity.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or supervisory role within the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of DOH PQR, healthcare licensing, credentialing processes, and regulatory compliance in the UAE.
Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, allied health, etc.).
Experience managing and developing a Talent Acquisition team.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
Experience working with local and international recruitment agencies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
