Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
Ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements
Coordinate onboarding and placement of new hires

Requirements:

Bachelor's/ Master's in Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE as a Recruiter in the Healthcare Domain
Experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with healthcare licensing and regulations (preferred)
